Dogwatch installed a dog fence around the perimeter of a very complicated, fully landscaped property containing over a dozen stone walls, 2 ponds, English and Japanese gardens and a circular drive. The property was divided into two zones, front and back separated, so that our puppy would be free to run in the back without fear of being run over by a car on the front drive if guests or visitors were arriving.
Travis did an amazing job on the installation and training. He did not disturb any of the landscaping (you can't even tell where he dug, except for the white flags that were put up) and he was clear and concise in his explanations. His price was more than reasonable and he did an excellent job. His secretary, who is a family member, also was very helpful and courteous. Overall a fantastic experience!!!

Installed an underground dog fence on approximately 1.25 of rocky, heavy wooded, and sloped terrain. The entire job was complete within 3-4 hours, which was impressive.

The trainer/installer spent an extra hour with us going over everything for both dogs and didn't leave until we felt comfortable with training our dogs on the system. Our wheaten/poodle mix picked everything up on the first try and our mini schnauzer followed soon thereafter. I appreciated how stress-free and emotion-free everything went (i.e., we never once panicked with our dogs getting a correction because Travis, the trainer, prepared us so well. I think that contributed to our dogs feeling safe as well). Now our dogs freely roam our property and we no longer worry about them leaving the yard or going to the road. We can't thank DogWatch enough!

We have two small dogs and wanted to keep them safe in our backyard without building a fence. Travis the rep with Dogwatch clearly knew dogs well (we call him the Dog Whisperer) and thoroughly set our expectations. He was careful to put our minds at ease both for the safety of the equipment as well as the effectiveness of the technology. In total he spent several hours measuring our property and explaining the installation process completely. Work was scheduled a few weeks in advance and installation and training were completed exactly on time. No surprises. One year later when our landscaper cut the wire while cutting the beds, Travis was back out in 24 hrs to repair the break and put our system back online. Barbara who runs the office was always helpful and extremely courteous. We would highly recommend Dogwatch.

Excellent experience. Travis (and his mom, Barbara) were very responsive to my initial call, gave me a very accurate quote over the phone and installed it within days of the initial on site visit and final price quote. Travis was professional and knowledgeable and was VERY patient with myself and my dog ZOE as he trained us the first day (I needed more training than the dog!).Travis was also available on the phone to answer questions as issues came up.
Travis was very competitive in price and was hundreds of dollars less expensive than the more well known brand but had an equally quality product backed up by superb service.

Barbara, who anwers the phones and manages scheduling, made the whole process very easy, providing all the cost and detailed information to me up front. Travis, who owns this company and does the installation and training, knows dogs, which made me feel very comfortable, and has a background in dog training. We chose Dogwatch because the system provides a lot of flexibility (I have one mild-mannered dog at one setting on his collar, and another, more likely-to-try-to-escape dog on a different setting, both of which I can change myself) and total control. Other systems require a service call to change dog collar batteries or settings on the collar - I can do both myself with Dogwatch. Travis spent all the time he needed with me, ensuring I felt comfortable with everything. I later found that I needed additional flags, and he dropped them off for me at no charge. He also called a week later to check on how my dogs were doing. I highly recommend their system and their customer service!

Very impressed with this company, especially with Travis, the rep who worked with us. He's a dog trainer and you could tell he knew his stuff. During our estimate, he spent almost an hour going over the details of the fencing and the training that's involved after the installation. He was also very thorough when he installed the fence, including clearly marking the fence line on our acre of cleared land and going through our initial training with our Pomeranian.
The office was also great- we booked far in advance due to the young age of our dog at the time of the estimate (they need to be at least 4 months old) and the whole experience was very low pressure. Love it when the whole experience just works.

We used DogWatch for years. The service was always amazing. They came out quickly anytime there was an issue and helped to provide batteries for the collars promptly as well. We have had Dogwatch hidden fence system since 1995. I'm here to tell you I would never tell another person to try anyone but these people! It runs across 12 acres and we've trained 6 Great Danes and two Labs to this system over the years. Have has several friends over the years tell us their hidden fence just doesn't work for their dogs, and my reply is always well you don't have Dogwatch that's why!! Over the years any problems we have, they always reply back and tend to any problems right away. I would recommend Dogwatch anyway. Travis and his crew are great.
